With my real estate journey as an agent back in 1984 in Maryland, I have traveled a dynamic career path in the industry. Venturing into the realm of media, I initiated real estate TV shows broadcast on ABC, NBC, CBS, and cable. My production repertoire includes the creation of 2 weekly shows - the New Home Show and Real Estate Open House.
 
My production company produced over 500 TV shows dedicated to real estate. In addition to my real estate. I boast a remarkable career as an airline pilot for 39 years with American Airlines, during which I had the privilege of calling 19 different locations and states home. Expanding my professional horizons, I obtained a license as a loan officer In 2002, engaging in both residential and commercial loans. The year 2003 marked a significant shift as I delved into the realm of real estate investment by purchasing and rehabilitating foreclosed homes.
 
This venture led me into the rental business, wherein I acquired and managed a portfolio of 25 homes, handling both the property acquisitions and the associated loans. Driven by a genuine affinity for people, I pride myself on being a dedicated listener and a highly motivated individual. My multifaceted background equips me with a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to share within the real estate domain.
